Thank you for wanting to participate at the experiment. The number of participants specified by the experimenter has been reached, however. The experiment is now finished. Evaluation of AI-generated texts experiment running: progress 1/38

Welcome to our experiment!

Thank you for choosing to support our research through your participation! By doing so, you are making an important contribution to research conducted in the Computational Linguistics Group at Bielefeld University.

What is this about?

In this study, we test an Artificial Intelligence (AI) system that answers questions about images. The images show common objects and scenes, and questions are about the basic content of the image. We would like to ask you to rate the correctness of the AI's answers.

How does this work?

On the next two pages, after a short questionnaire, one example will explain in more detail what the task is. This is followed by one trial round and the actual experiment with 32 rounds. We estimate that you will need about 25 minutes to complete the experiment. After the last round of the experiment, a web page will appear with a link to return to Prolific to receive your reward for participating in the experiment, which is £3,75.
