Experiment on Perspective

Information about the experiment

This experiment is taking place in the context of the Collaborative Research Centre XXXX in XXXX, Germany. It concerns the ways that perspective can be encoded in language.
We will first ask you a couple of demographic questions about yourself. These relate only to you as a speaker of English. There will then follow a practice session where you will see how the experiment works. You must say what perspective situations are being observed from. Then the real experiment will start.
Participation in the experiment is entirely voluntary and can be broken off at any time without negative consequences.
The data you enter will be used for purely academic purposes and only as group results. They will not be linked to you personally in any way.
Requirements: To do this experiment you must be a native speaker of English and have access to a computer screen. It is not advisable to attempt to do it on a smartphone.
